Airtel Q4 Results: Net Profit Zooms 432% To Rs 11,021 Cr, Rs 16 Dividend Announced

Airtel Q4 FY25 Results: Sunil Bharti Mittal-led telecom operator Bharti Airtel reported on Tuesday that its net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 stood at Rs 11,021 crore, as compared to Rs 2071 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. It registered a 432 per cent on a year-on-year basis.

Telecom operator saw an improvement in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) to Rs 245 in Q4 FY25 against Rs 209 in Q4 FY24.

Meanwhile, Bharti Airtel’s revenue stood at Rs 47,876 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a 27.3 per cent YoY.

The company’s mobile services showed the growth driven by tariff repair, strong smartphone customer additions and premiumization efforts.

Airtel Final Dividend 2025

Airtel board has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.16/- per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each; and Rs. 4/- per partly paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each (paid-up value Rs.1.25/- per share) for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend is in proportion to the amount paid-up on each equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each.

The above final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’), shall be credited within 30 days from the date of AGM.
